Free Online Symposium to Support Organic Farmers
Farmers across the Northeast/MidAtlantic will have a valuable opportunity this December to sharpen their skills and explore new ideas at the Growing Our Region: Northeast Organic Farming Symposium, a free two-day online event happening December 16–17.
Organized by organic agriculture organizations from across the region and supported by the Transition to Organic Partnership Program, the symposium is designed for farmers in (or transitioning to) organic production. The event will feature hour-long webinars focused on intermediate to advanced topics, with content rooted in research, innovative practices, and real-world production challenges specific to the Northeast.
Speakers bring a range of backgrounds, from research and technical assistance to on-the-ground production, offering a well-rounded and practical look at what's working in organic agriculture today.
Whether you're looking to refine your systems, troubleshoot persistent challenges, or stay ahead of the curve, this symposium offers timely, relevant content to help strengthen your farm and your connection to the regional organic community.
