Food for Profit
Food for Profit online is based on the highly successful face-to-face workshop. This asynchronous, self-paced course will provide you with the business planning tools necessary for creating and running a successful business.
Each lesson, which includes videos and readings, focuses on a different business plan component: food regulations, food safety, marketing, packaging, pricing, risk management, and financing.
