Acerca del Seminario Web en Vivo
"Escuela Técnica para Producción de Huevo (en Español)" es un programa de capacitación en español para trabajadores y técnicos avícolas que participan en la producción de huevo. El programa ofrece instrucción práctica, basada en investigación, sobre bienestar animal, salud de las aves, bioseguridad, inocuidad del huevo, nutrición, sistemas de alojamiento y seguridad en la granja. Diseñado para su aplicación en el trabajo diario, el curso enfatiza la toma de decisiones cotidianas, la resolución de problemas y las mejores prácticas que apoyan el bienestar de las aves, la seguridad de los trabajadores, el cumplimiento normativo y una producción eficiente de huevo en sistemas convencionales y alternativos.
