Elaine is the GIS Technical Support Lead and Trainer with the Center for Agricultural Conservation Assistance Training (CACAT). She holds a post-baccalaureate certificate in geographic information systems (GIS) from Penn State University and a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies from Oberlin College.Â
Her work focuses on providing assistance to users of the Agriculture Conservation Assistance Program (ACAP) GIS reporting tool as well as developing and administering training resources for other GIS tools that may be useful to ag conservation professionals.
Elaine is based in Allegheny County.
