Drew Lysaker

Drew is an Education Program Specialist on Penn State Extension's Vector-Borne Disease Team. He received his B.S. and M.S. in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. His previous work has focused on the surveillance of La Crosse virus vectors and their ecology in Wisconsin. His work at Penn State Extension involves developing and delivering programming about ticks, mosquitoes, and other vectors throughout the state. He enjoys teaching and raising awareness about vectors and vector-borne diseases. He has also served as a committee member and chair of the American Mosquito Control Association's Young Professionals group.
