About the In-Person Workshop

"Digital Health for Seniors: Navigating Health Care" is a five-session educational series designed to help older adults build the skills, confidence, and knowledge needed to safely use digital tools for their personal health. Participants will learn how to access reliable online health information, manage health care expenses, use telehealth platforms, and navigate Medicare and other health insurance websites. The series also covers essential topics to simplify health insurance coverage and support informed health care decisions, providing practical guidance in a supportive, easy-to-follow format.
