About the Events
Join us as a sponsor or exhibitor at the 2026 Penn State Extension Crops Conferences and Crops Days. These educational programs, held at 14 locations, feature expert-led sessions on crop management, emerging technologies, and best practices in agriculture. Participants can earn a minimum of 2 Core and 2 category pesticide applicator credits, with additional agronomic topics varying by location. The events also provide valuable networking opportunities for both attendees and businesses.

Exhibitor Level
Exhibitor registration closes seven days prior to the event date at each location.
$200 per site, includes one display table and two meals. Additional attendees may register through the local events website for general attendees for $10 per person.

Crops Conference - Lebanon (Feb. 3)
This all-day event includes six tracks with breakout sessions focused on nutrient management, pesticide education, integrated pest management, forage crops, grain crop management, and soil health and cover crops.Â

This is an additional exhibitor fee to reserve a large enough space to show a piece of equipment at the event. Equipment add-on registration closes January 26, 2026. - $500 for each piece of equipmentÂ

Sponsor registration closes February 13, 2026.
Sponsor level requires registration at a minimum of five locations (choose from the list above) at $200 per site. Includes one display table and two meals per event, in addition to the items listed below. Additional attendees may register through the local event website as general attendees for $10 per person.

If a workshop or conference is at maximum capacity, can I be added to a waitlist?
Some workshops and conferences offer a waitlist option when they are at maximum capacity, and some do not. When the waitlist feature is offered, and a workshop or conference is at maximum capacity, you will be taken to a waitlist form after you click on the registration link. As spots become available, we offer them "first come, first served." If a spot becomes available, you will be contacted using the information you provided.
