Grain sorghum is insurable in 66 counties in Pennsylvania (every county except Philadelphia). All grain sorghum you grow in a county is insurable if county premium rates are provided, you have a share in the crop, it is grown on insurable acreage, and it is planted for harvest as grain (a combine-type hybrid).

Dual purpose types of grain sorghum (used for both grain and forage) are not insurable.
