Craig Conforti

Conforti serves as the Interim Associate Director for Client Relations with Penn State Extension, where he leads a 10-member Client Relationship team focused on expanding the reach, visibility, and impact of Extension’s science-based education across Pennsylvania. In this role, he provides strategic leadership to Client Relationship Managers who serve as the local face of Extension, building long-term partnerships at the county level and ensuring strong customer service and stakeholder engagement.

Prior to his current appointment, Conforti served as the Client Relations Manager for Area 1. Before joining Penn State Extension, he operated his 50-acre family farm in South Beaver Township, Beaver County, Pennsylvania. He is currently participating as a fellow with the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania, further strengthening collaboration between Extension and county government leaders.

Conforti is actively engaged in community leadership and public service. He serves as a board director for the Beaver-Lawrence Farm Bureau and previously served as the organization’s Young Farmers and Ranchers chair. He has also served on the Penn State Extension Beaver County Board and is a founding member of Crop and Kettle, a Beaver County nonprofit that uses the food system to support workforce development. He holds a BA in Political Science with a minor in History from Saint Vincent College.
