  • Clean and sanitize cutting boards and equipment after each use.
  • Wash your hands after touching anything that can contaminate them, especially raw foods (including meat, poultry, fish, and eggs).
  • Wear gloves when handling ready-to-eat foods.
  • Keep ready-to-eat foods separate from raw foods during storage and preparation.
