Phytophthora Root Rot Roots rot and plants turn gray-green, wilt, and die. Phytophthora parasitica Plant in pasteurized potting mix. Discard infected plants. Apply a fungicide to protect healthy plants.
Pythium Root Rot Plants wilt and die. Pythium spp. Plant in pasteurized potting mix. Discard infected plants. Apply a fungicide to protect healthy plants.
