Guidance documents and forms for county conservation districts to use when implementing the Ag Conservation Assistance Program (ACAP).
Center staff and State Conservation Commission (SCC) staff have prepared many guidance documents to help ACAP staff administer the program in their local county offices. These documents can be accessed via SharePoint. You should not need a password to access these documents. If you encounter a password or login request, return to this page and re-enter SharePoint directly from this webpage. Bookmarking individual documents or trying to link directly to them can create errors for some users.

Recordings of ACAP webinars are available on the SCC YouTube Channel in curated playlists, which are also linked below. Additionally, the channel includes ACAP promotional and success story videos, such as the ACAP Farmer Success Story video series. These videos may be useful to conservation district staff to share with farmers and ag landowners as examples of how ACAP benefits Pennsylvania farms.
