Center for Ag Conservation Welcomes Ilana Black to the Team
Penn State Extension and the Center for Ag Conservation Assistance Training (CACAT) are excited to welcome a new financial associate to the team in spring of 2025.

Ilana Black's new role at Penn State Extension is as the Financial Associate for both the Center for Agricultural Conservation Assistance Training (CACAT) and the Pesticide Education Program. She will provide much-needed assistance to the CACAT team as they work to support conservation professionals and agricultural landowners implementing agricultural best practices.
Ilana obtained her bachelor's degree from Penn State University Park in Economics from the Smeal College of Business. After graduating, she spent several years in the Financial Industry, including banking services and wealth management.
Outside of work, Ilana enjoys sporting events, musical events, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family.
