About the Webinar
Apis cerana the Asian honeybee, is found throughout mountainous environments throughout the Middle East and East Asia. Local people living in these environments have a rich tradition of working with wild cerana bees. Katrina Klett, CEO of Elevated Honey Co., will discuss some of the things she has learned from them while running an artisanal honey company in the Himalayas and doing scientific research on this bee species.
