When preparing this recipe, start with clean countertops and utensils. Wash hands with soap and water.
Ingredients
- 2 cups plain low-fat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup apple butter
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well until spices are evenly incorporated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Serve with fresh fruit or crackers.
Tip:
Non-fat Greek yogurt can be substituted for low-fat if preferred.
