When preparing this recipe, start with clean countertops and utensils. Wash hands with soap and water.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup apple butter
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well until spices are evenly incorporated.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Serve with fresh fruit or crackers.

Tip:

Non-fat Greek yogurt can be substituted for low-fat if preferred.
