About The Live Webinar
Learn how hunters and agricultural producers can work together to manage deer populations safely and responsibly. In this program, Pennsylvania Game Commission Lieutenant Brian Singer will review key policies, procedures, and opportunities within several programs that support agricultural damage management, including the Deer Management Assistance Program (DMAP), the Agricultural Deer Management Assistance Program (ADMAP), and the Agricultural Damage Depredation Permit. He will also discuss the certified hunter program and its successes in southwest Pennsylvania. Participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and gain a clearer understanding of how these programs can support effective deer management on agricultural lands.
Proper wildlife management requires far more than planting food plots; it involves thoughtful forest stewardship, invasive species control, ecological insight, and understanding of herd dynamics. Antlers and Academics equips participants with the knowledge needed to strengthen every component of deer and land management, from developing high-quality food plots to maintaining a healthy herd.
