About the In-Person Event

Join us for the 2025 Jefferson County Extension Meeting, where Penn State Extension experts Faith Kibuye, Extension Program Specialist in Water Resources, and Danielle Rhea, Extension Water Educator, will present key findings from the statewide monitoring of Pennsylvania’s roadside springs. Discover the implications for water quality and public health while exploring the impacts of Penn State Extension’s work in Jefferson County. Learn about current and future educational opportunities, as well as the risks associated with using roadside springs. This event is open to Jefferson County residents and invited guests and includes a dinner featuring a choice of stuffed pork chop or stuffed chicken breast, selected during registration.
