About Me

Anna is based out of the Mifflinburg office and serves the field and forage crop producers in the Central Susquehanna Region.

Originally from Michigan, Anna attended Michigan State University, earning a B.S. degree in plant biology. At Michigan State, she became interested in insects while working as an undergraduate research assistant studying insect vectored plant viruses in biofuel crops. Anna was recruited to graduate school at Penn State, where she was able to combine her interests in agriculture and insects in John Tooker’s lab. In 2016, she completed a M.S. in entomology, evaluating pest management strategies in no-till dairy cropping systems.
