About The Live Webinar
Join this engaging workshop to strengthen your critical thinking and decision-making skills for both personal and professional success. Participants will explore the critical thinking process and five proven problem-solving techniques designed to help evaluate options, anticipate consequences, and make informed decisions. The session will also examine common barriers to effective decision-making and introduce practical tools and strategies to support successful outcomes. An optional second hour will provide participants with the opportunity to apply newly learned concepts through interactive exercises and skill-building activities.
This webinar is open to everyone at no cost, thanks to an AgWorks grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. To help track grant reach and eligibility, participants will be asked questions about their farm or agribusiness during registration. Responses will remain confidential and will not be shared outside the project team.Â
