About The Live Webinar
Reducing stigma around mental health and substance use is essential to fostering a supportive workplace. During the first hour, this webinar will introduce the concept of stigma, its impact on employees and organizational culture, and practical strategies to promote understanding and reduce harmful assumptions. An optional second hour allows participants to ask questions and explore specific challenges related to mental health and substance-use stigma in their professional settings. This webinar was developed by Compassion & Resilience Education at Work (CREW), and offers evidence-informed guidance to help employees and supervisors cultivate a healthier, more resilient work environment.
This webinar is open to everyone at no cost, thanks to an AgWorks grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. To help track grant reach and eligibility, participants will be asked questions about their farm or agribusiness during registration. Responses will remain confidential and will not be shared outside the project team.Â
As part of the AgWorks grant initiative, no-cost training and consultation services are available to qualifying small- to medium-sized farms and agribusinesses in Pennsylvania. For more information, visit AgWorks.Â
