About The Live Webinar

Planning for retirement can be especially challenging for self-employed farmers who must balance reinvesting in their operations with saving for personal and family financial security. This webinar explores how a personal spending plan can help align current living expenses with long-term retirement goals, using zero-based budgeting as a practical and effective tool. Participants will learn how this approach can support day-to-day financial decisions while building a stronger foundation for the future. An optional second hour will provide additional time for questions and deeper discussion of the concepts presented.

This webinar is open to everyone at no cost, thanks to an AgWorks grant from the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry. To help track grant reach and eligibility, participants will be asked questions about their farm or agribusiness during registration. Responses will remain confidential and will not be shared outside the project team.

As part of the AgWorks grant initiative, no-cost training and consultation services are available to qualifying small- to medium-sized farms and agribusinesses in Pennsylvania. For more information, visit AgWorks.
