Pennsylvania farmers operate within a complex framework of state and federal water regulations that affect day-to-day decisions, from irrigation and manure management to stream access and conservation practices. The third webinar in the Ag Water Series offers a clear, practical overview of the key laws and agencies governing water use and water quality in Pennsylvania, including the Clean Streams Law, Chapters 102 and 105 regulations, and requirements related to erosion control, nutrient management, and agricultural stormwater. This presentation is for informational purposes only and does not constitute regulatory or legal advice.
