This two-day training provides a comprehensive introduction to Agriculture Conservation Assistance Program (ACAP) coordination and cropland practice planning. Day 1 features the Keystones of ACAP Coordination, an introductory training designed to equip individuals with the skills needed to coordinate the successful completion of an ACAP project from start to finish. This training is part of the Ag Conservation Keystone Training Series. Day 2 focuses on the ACAP Practice Approval System (PAS) Cropland Practices Fundamentals and Applied training, where participants will build practical skills for planning cropland practices, including crop rotation, residue management, and cover crops. The Cropland Practices package does not include a mock plan or project review stage. After completing or bypassing Cropland Practices training, participants will receive full certification.

Participants may select to attend Day 1, focusing on the Keystones of ACAP Coordination, or Day 2, focusing on ACAP PAS Cropland Practices Fundamentals and Applied Training. Participants may also register for both days to complete the full training experience.
