Implementing the PROSPER Partnership Model successfully and sustaining it over time requires the support of funders, collaborators, and agency affiliates. PROSPER in Pennsylvania has been funded by a variety of federal, state, and local public and private agencies, with most funding support coming from the NIH. Collaborators include prevention scientists and Extension staff at Iowa State University who lead the PROSPER effort in Iowa. There also are a number of state-level agencies that support PROSPER in Pennsylvania and serve as external resources to Community Teams
