Westmoreland
Program provides services to children, ages birth to three, who exhibit a 25% delay in one or more areas of development or has a known physical or mental condition which has a high probability of resulting in a developmental delay. The services are provided in the family's home or at a caregiver's home.
We provide FREE and CONFIDENTIAL services to victims of domestic and sexual violence and child sexual assault. Services available are: 24-hour HOTLINE (888-832-2272); counseling, therapy and support groups for victims and their significant others; battered women’s shelter; medical and legal advocates; community outreach to children preK-12th grade and to adult community and faith groups.
