Loftus-Vergari & Assoc., Inc. is a PA Statewide Adoption Network (SWAN) affiliate that provides free supportive services to families who have formally adopted or have permanent legal guardianship of a child. Services include Case Assessment and Management, Respite Services and Support Group. Our Master’s level staff work with each family to identify their strengths and challenges. Together a Family Support Plan is developed and appropriate education, interventions and services are provided or coordinated. We can help families navigate such issues as development, disrupted attachment, traumatic stress in children, special needs, behavioral challenges and the education process.
Therapy is a key component in all of the services and programs at Wyoming Valley Children's Association. Our team of licensed therapists and early childhood specialists works together to provide a transdisciplinary approach to Early Intervention. Whether the child is involved in WVCA's Home-Based Therapy Program (therapists and teachers provide services in the child's home), the "Together We Grow" Preschool Program or Outpatient Programs (teachers and therapists provide individual sessions to the child at a regularly scheduled appointment), every child is afforded the opportunity for a comprehensive evaluation followed by an individualized treatment plan.
