AARP sponsors "Generation United" an informational service which supports efforts of the state to pass legislation favorable to grandparents involved in the raising of grandchildren.
Overnight Program for grandparents caring for children in their home for children 3-18 years. Goals are to help caregivers develop competence and confidence in caring for their children and building stronger family ties.

FCSP also offers support for grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins, ages 55 years and older, caring for children under the age of 18 years. FCSP has a special program that offers intergenerational caregivers monthly reimbursement for caregiving supplies and services.
