The Ideas for Intergenerational Living newsletter provides reviews of new
resources, reports, and reflective writings about innovative intergenerational practices and scholarly endeavors. In this issue, we have much to report on the local front. Intergenerational practices taking root in Pennsylvania include: library-based activities in Allegheny county, an intergenerational games event at Mt. Lebanon Village, an award-winning shared site program at the Lutheran Home at Kane, and Grandparents Day celebrations in Philadelphia. We also announce that Penn State’s online Intergenerational Programs and Practices course will be offered in Spring 2012.
