The key to running a successful farm business is the ability to manage scarce financial resources and plan farm production accordingly. This short course prepares participants to become more efficient and better decision makers by using and analyzing financial statements such as the Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Budgets, and Income Statements.
Environmental training-Take a look at your classroom environment. Is it appealing to all children or is it overwhelming? Is it conducive to learning and great behaviors? What is the connection between a classrooms sensory environment and learning and behavior? Participants will learn the importance of a balance between immersing children in sensory exploration and sensory overload. Participants will be able to create environments for children to help them feel more comfortable and learn better.
Without early experiences in our natural world, children will not develop a sense of wonder and curiosity. Come and find out how to give them hands-on experiences and to find joy outdoors.
We will examine the importance of observation and then discuss how to make our observations work for us and improve our teaching and lesson plans! This Level 3 series is for early childhood practitioners who have already been trained on basic observation methods and feel comfortable observing children but just want more out of their typical observations.
