County Commissioners help 4-H Celebrate 100 years of 4-H in Pennsylvania.
Westmoreland County Commissioners with 4-H members at Westmoreland County Courthouse
The Westmoreland County Board of Commissioners made up of Commissioner Chuck Anderson, R. Tyler Courtney and Ted Kopas presented Penn State EXTENSION Westmoreland County 4-H Youth Program with a county proclamation acknowledging the 100th year of 4-H in Westmoreland County. The presentation was truly a birthday celebration with cake, candles, balloons and lots of kids. Thanks to our commissioners for marking this celebration and taking pride and ownership in an organization that grows youth into capable, caring contributing adult citizens of Westmoreland County.
