Better Kid Care: Professional Development is Cornerstone to Quality Early Care and Education

- The Better Kid Care program strives to support the early care and education community in a variety of ways. A primary function is producing and/or facilitating professional development that meets the certification qualifications of early care educators in Westmoreland and surrounding counties. Most sessions are also approved for ACT 48 credits, important to Pennsylvania certified educators.
