Building and Repairing Stone Walls
Stone walls are an indelible part of the history and landscape of Wayne county and all of Northeastern Pennsylvania. On April 24, the Penn State Master Gardeners will host a workshop on building and repairing stone walls—with an emphasis on repairing and restoration.

Fox Hill Farm
The workshop will be led by Paul Ludick, a well known local stone mason. Paul will discuss and demonstrate basic stone wall building principles as well as his methods for restoring old, fallen-down walls. This workshop will be held at Fox Hill Farm, several miles East of Honesdale. Please contact the Extension office for directions. Admission is $5.00, children under 18 are free.
