Mushrooms: John Plischke, keynote speaker; award winning photographer and editor of two mushroom cookbooks will present a program on mushrooms.
Terrariums: Sherry Cook; 3 terrariums will be made during the presentation and raffled off to participants in the session.
Non source pollution workshops: Lisette Lane; has been providing workshops in the county since 2007.
Recycle organic waste: Gloria Kelly; compost educator at the Tom Ridge Environmental Center in Erie; will raffle off a compost bin to one lucky participant in her break-out session.
Forestry and pruning: Scott Sjolander; has assisted Penn State Master Gardeners with forest and pruning advice since 1995; weather permitting, he will demonstrate pruning techniques outdoors at the fairgrounds.
Backyard Gardener: Doug Oster; Pittsburgh Post-Gazette's "Backyard Gardener" and co-host of the popular radio show "The Organic Gardeners" on KDKA radio every Sunday morning; will present a program on growing organic
Koi and Game Fish: Vaughn Raup; aquaponic systems to grow leafy plants, vegatables and fruits; will describe various styles of systems and the merits for home use
