The Commercial Vegetable Production Recommendations guide for Pennsylvania contains over 300 pages of detailed information on growing vegetables based on research results as well as the knowledge and experience of growers, extension educators and specialists and industry personnel. It is intended to help commercial vegetable growers make informed decisions about which farming practices to use. This guide is updated annually. 

 

The 2012 Commercial Vegetable Production Recommendations guide for Pennsylvania is now available as a for-sale publication through County Extension offices or through Penn State’s Publication Distribution office at http://pubs.cas.psu.edu/Publications.asp

 

In addition, it is now available on the web. The entire publication or individual sections can be downloaded for free at http://extension.psu.edu/vegetable-fruit/production-guides.
