Native bee habitat rehabilitation: Encouraging greater adoption of sustainable pollination practices
Native bees have been shown to be efficient pollinators that fly in wetter and colder conditions than honeybees, and studies show that there is an economic incentive to restore or not disturb natural habitat. The project manager will determine the costs and returns per square foot to rehabilitate this habitat, monitor native bee populations, and calculate the value of the pollination.
