Our 2010 winter barley trials have been posted on the web and included performance data of both hulled and hulless varieties at both the Centre County and Lancaster County locations.

Our 2010 Winter Wheat trial data has been posted. Yields were very good at both locations, averaging near 80 bushels per acre. Test weights were good as well, averaging 59 at Lancaster and 61 pounds/bushel in Centre County.

Harvesting of our wheat crop is moving ahead rapidly. In general, the reports we are getting from our trials around the state are some good to very high yields over 100 Bu/A, and good grain quality.
