Penn State Extension in Franklin County is now accepting applications for the 2017-2018 Penn State Extension Master Gardener Basic Training Program. Classes will be held at the Franklin County and Adams County Extension offices. There is a $225.00 program fee to cover the cost of training materials and expenses.
