We volunteer by planning & designing, planting, weeding, and maintaining demonstration gardens. We give garden tours to educate the public, so that many may experience and enjoy the gardens too. The Snetsinger Butterfly Garden at Tom Tudek Memorial Park is a diverse ecosystem with over 30 resident species of butterflies and its garden is enriched with some 90 species of native plants serving as caterpillar hosts and providing nectar for adult butterflies.
