Demonstration Gardens
Master Gardeners have developed several gardens within Pike County. Feel free to visit them and collect ideas that might work well in your own yard.
Located in Milford, behind Citizens Bank, Remembrance Place has been a joint project of the Milford Garden Club, Boy Scout Troop #3, and Pike County Master Gardeners.
The Smith-Harker Community Garden contains the Perennial Border, Herb Garden, Butterfly Garden, and Vegetable Garden that were developed in partnership with Delaware Township Municipal Officials.
This garden of ornamental grasses and deer resistant plants was developed in partnership with Friends of the Library.
This garden is still "under construction."
Master Gardeners partnered with the Shohola Gardeners to establish a deer resistant garden at the Shohola Municipal Building.
