Zoning Provisions in PA Act 13: What the Commonwealth Court Ruling Means

Penn State Extension and the Pike County Marcellus Task Force will be sponsoring “Zoning Provisions in Act 13: What the Commonwealth Court Ruling Means" on Monday, October 29 from 7-9 PM at the new Pike County Training Center located at 135 Pike County Boulevard off Route 739 in Lords Valley PA 18428.
Attorney Steve Saunders with Saunders Law LLC in Scranton, PA will look at traditional zoning in Pennsylvania and oil and gas development before and after Act 13. He will also discuss the legal arguments presented to the Commonwealth Court and the Court's rationale for its decision, possible outcomes and how local governments should react.
