If you think that strength training is just for Mr. and Mrs. Universe, think again! Middle aged and older adults can benefit from regular exercise more than anyone. Research shows that weight training will increase muscle mass, bone density, and have many more benefits!
Men and Women are invited to grow stronger each Tuesday and Thursday from October 23 – December 6th at the Pike County Administration Building, 506 Broad Street Milford PA 18337, from 4:45 – 5:45 PM. The cost for the 6-week program is $40.
