Pike and Wayne Counties Quit Smoking

Tobacco cessation resources are now available in Pike and Wayne Counties. This quit program includes counseling, support, and nicotine replacement. Studies show a 50% increase in success with a quit plan that includes counseling and nicotine replacement.
Quit now and after:
- 20 minutes blood pressure and pulse rates drop to normal
- 12 hours carbon monoxide and oxygen blood levels return to normal
- 24 hours chances of heart attack decreases.
Quit now and be healthier.
