Spill Kits: Be Prepared for a Pesticide Spill

This one-credit recertification course will take you through the three steps to clean up a spill: Control the spill, Contain the spill, and Clean up the spill. The next section will show you what is included in a commercially packaged agricultural spill kit and the cost. Finally, you will be shown how to assemble your own spill kit at a lower cost.

Find other approved online recertification courses at the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture's website at: www.paplants.state.pa.us. Highlight Pesticide Programs on the left hand side, then click on Recertification Course Locator. From there, select Online for the meeting type, choose the category you need, and click on Search. A list of meetings will appear and to find more information about the course, click on Details in the first column.
