From the time you attend a recertification meeting until you see a change online may take 3 to 4 weeks. After the meeting, the course sponsor must send the information to the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture regional office, where the information from the sign in sheets (name, certification number, date, etc.) is entered into a database. However, as soon as this information is entered into the database, the changes are reflected in the PaPlants website.
