Dining With Diabetes A Cooking School For People Do you have diabetes or cook for a family member who has diabetes? Are you bored with eating the same old thing? Then Dining with Diabetes is for you! In this series of three classes, you'll learn how to cut fat, sugar, and sodium in cooking without cutting out taste. Class aarticipants will get recipe booklets, watch cooking demonstrations, and taste foods made with less fat, sugar, and salt. Instructor for the classes is Janice Ronan, Family Living Extension Agent in Erie County. Register now for the class that is convenient for you! Class size is limited. Register early. Registration deadline is 1 week before classes begins. EVERYDAY DIABETIC COOKING DOESN'T HAVE TO BE COMPLICATED!
