Upcoming Dining with Diabetes Classes

Dining With Diabetes is a program for adults with diabetes and their families to increase their knowledge of healthy food choices and diabetes management. The series consists of four weekly classes with one follow-up class held three months after the first class. The classes offer menu planning, food preparation, physical activities, discussions and materials.
If you or a family member have been told that you have Type 2 diabetes, you’ll want to attend this class. Lab tests will be offered to measure HbA1c levels.
March Location: 713 Bridge Street Selinsgrove, (former Careerlink) classroom
Dates: Monday’s, March 5, 12, 19, 26, 2012. Follow-up class is June 4th.
Time: 4:30PM - 6:30PM
Cost: $40 Individual & $55 family (2 person)
