Over the summer, Pennsylvania’s State 4-H Program again hosted its annual 4-H State Achievement Days at University Park. The event is held for 4-H'ers to demonstrate their knowledge in their individual 4-H project areas. It also gives participants the opportunity to meet other 4-H’ers from across the state. The Northampton County 4-H program had eight participants in various project areas: Kelly Hower (Northampton) participated in the State Fashion Revue; Chris VanBlargan (Bath), Tyler VanBlargan (Bath), Paul Wagner (Danielsville) and Gary Yagerhofer (Bath) participated in the Senior Shotgun Competition; and Nicole Fox (Danielsville), Caitlyn Gallagher (Nazareth), and Allison Moyer (Pen Argyl) participated in the State Junior Horse Hippology Contest taking first place!
