Agricultural Water Use in the Ohio River Basin
The Ohio River Basin Commission has the authority to regulate water usage within the Ohio River Basin. As of 2002, there are no water quantity use restrictions in the Ohio River Basin.
If you live in the Ohio River Basin and use a large quantity of water for crop irrigation or animal production, you do not need to register your water usage with the Ohio River Basin Commission. If you have concerns about water quantity or quality in the Ohio River Basin, please contact:
