All 4-H animal science (beef, dairy, horse, dog, cat, pet, etc.) youth are required to participate in training regarding three specific “Good Production Practices” annually. All youth will be required to complete a survey (online or on-site) regarding these practices. Youth attending training will be tracked through the 4-H office. Failure to participate in a certified training opportunity annually (by July 1 of current year) will result in the members’ inability to show animal at county roundup, state, regional or national sanctioned show and sales.
