- 4-H is an educational program for youth ages 8-18. In Mifflin County there are 22 county wide clubs with over 350 youth and 100 volunteers. Enrollment deadline is March 31.

Mifflin County Youth Fair
- August 7-13, 2011, Reedsville Mifflin County 4-H'ers will showcase their hobbies, talents and hard work through their exhibits displayed at the Youth Fair in Reedsville. From livestock to vegetables, to ceramics, cooking and crafts, the 4-H'ers will will be the showcase! Come and support our youth at the Livestock Sale or the Benefit Auction.
